A beautiful blessing is the mantra shatamaanam bhavati shataayuH puruShaH shatendriyaH aayuShyevendriye pratitiShThati This is normally used by elders and the priests or scholars to tradionally give their blessings to the younger ones. As the term shata means 100 and aayu means life, we usually imply that the persons are being blessed to live 100 years in a healthy manner. However the term purusha (pure divine consciousness) that is therein leads us to understand that the biggest blessing is to realize the divinity inherent in ourselves ( and all the countless beings in the universe that is implied by the term shata) and manifest it for the sake of those around us. When we manifest the divinity in our lives, in our body and senses and live as a humane being, then the blessings are multifold for all :)
