A beautiful day of self reflection, loving community and spiritual inventory while at the Denver Botanic gardens. Thinking of my extended family in MI and how much I miss them after a week with two deaths (my Aunt and my sisters mother-in-law), and some very sad news for my sisters partner. Prayer isnt always about asking for special favors from an anthropomorphic interpretation of the Divine. It can be about taking the time to acknowledge and express gratitude for the people in our lives today, and truly appreciating how fortunate we are to have another day with them. Life is precious. G-d is LOVE. To all who read this, I wish you peace.♡ To my Jewish friends and family, L Shana Tova Tikateyvu. May it be a good year for us all.
