A beautiful day today at the Iowa State Fair. Michelle and I ate our way across the Fair. We share everything except the corn dogs. The pork chop on a stick was fantastic. We also consumed Nitro ice cream, a pork tenderloin, strawberry short cake and enough grease that I could lube my car. One sad event happened. We were in the building with all of the baby animals. A cow was delivering and having a very hard time. There were about 1000 people watching live and on the TVs around the building. The vet struggled to deliver the calf which was stillborn. Many parents had to explain the facts of life today. Both Michelle and I cried.
