A beautiful, gentle, floor based practice. Simple poses here, so its a good one for those tough mornings! Receiving this meditative state was the best thing about this practice. However, I felt this practice was a little crunchy in my hips. Floor based practices tend to have that effect, so skip this one if you have major hip problems. I added a few stretches to balance them out. Have 2 pillows handy. You should always be propped up on pillow for seated meditation: your hips should be higher than your knees! Its always a good idea to put a pillow underneath each leg in Supta Baddha Konasana. Modifications: In the Goal Post Arm Pose, just stay in the initial pose. The twist might be too stretchy for loose joints. Also, I am not a fan of any Thread the Needle Pose: it stretches my shoulder blades too much. Take it easy in this Childs Pose variation, and just stick with simple Childs Pose. Enjoy your breath. Sink into the relaxation. youtu.be/mKVunWMHNm8
