A wise indian man was told once - the longest journey for anyone is from their head to their heart area (what physically is that about 14-20 inches tops) Yet we humans make that so difficult. The cetaceans tell us humans, We need to get out of heads and into our hearts more often. Just stop and breath and redirect that head energy into your heart space.
