A beautiful spring-like Saturday late morning and early afternoon blanketed downtown Sanger during the fourth annual Joe Fischer Sanger Veterans Day Parade. A number of veterans and were honored during the parade, which featured floats, marching bands, community organizations and safety personnel. Special recognition went to Grand Marshal Robert Huey, who served in the Air Force from 1957 to 1961 Airmen 2nd Class E3. Also honored was Veteran Mother of the Year Helen Harvill. Principal sponsor for this years parade was Gerawan Farms and other sponsors were Initiative Foods LLC, Kenneth Sieve Insurance Agency Inc., Sequoia Chevrolet, Sanger Power LLC Algonquin, GAR Tootelian Inc., D&M Heating & Cooling, Bise Furniture and Harris Farms.

Nearly all finished with the clean-up and return of hire goods.
