A beautiful young Southern woman whose art needs to be shared with the world. Quite often, because of the age of young dancers (and the limited awareness and attention that has yet to develop), a choreographers voice and vision can not fully evolve to the potential and capacity that we wish for as artists. This is simply the nature of working with the youth, as opposed to seasoned professionals. Having said that, I would like to point out her uncanny attention to detail and just incomparable INTEGRITY to the movement and piece as a whole. The result, as you will see, is a young artist that is so incredibly unique, moving, and memorable for her VERY OWN artistic statement. THIS, my friends, is the true purpose of our art. THIS, my friends, is what many have lost as a result of the commercializing and monopolizing of the dance industry. Let this be proof that freedom and risk are both still VERY alive.
