A big congratulations to the #NationalWinner for #Lithuania Investment and Business Guarantees (INVEGA) is a guarantee institution founded by the Lithuanian government. INVEGA provides guarantees to credit institutions for loans taken by representatives of SMEs for business start-up or expansion. In addition to provision of guarantees, INVEGA compensates #SMEs 50% of interest paid, and also administers several financial engineering measures. Two venture capital measures are also currently being implemented from the INVEGA Fund. These measures enable and facilitate the largest possible circle of SMEs to obtain much-needed funding.
