A big thank you to Francine Volpe and all of the phenomenal students in our television writing weekend workshop. Together we created new shows that ranged from a riot grrl 90s version of WONDER YEARS to a mockumentary following a turtle who thinks hes a teenage boy to a Wellsian re-imagining of what Ben Franklin would do if he woke up in 2014. PlayPenn is wonderful for the working professional who doesnt have much free time to devote to full-time classes. The setting is intimate and the community is inviting and supportive.
