A big thank you to my dear friend, neighbor and librarian at my school and her amazing mother who has touched so many children teaching teachers at WKU and all over the area. Mrs. Boggess came into my classroom this morning and brought me to tears with an offer to pay another week for Hunter at Project Walk. We are hoping to get him to Atlanta 2 weeks each month for 16 hours of therapy a week at $100 an hour plus an extended stay hotel. She said she has been so touched by Hunters interactions with our elementary school kids in the afternoons(he takes an assessable bus from his high school to my elementary school each afternoon). We are just feeling extremely blessed with an outpouring of love, support and prayer lately and it is working. Tonight after a water therapy session at Murfreesboro H3O Aquatics we saw that strong leg movement again...this time is his weaker right leg as well...I just ran out of video before I could film the right! PTL! He is so happy and ready to head back to Atlanta Sunday! Thank you all so much!
