A bipolar man got into a verbal conflict in Wisconsin, when his dog Angel shit on the neighbors lawn. The neighbor called the police. The police showed up and the man opened his door. The dog ran out and the officers immediately murdered the little dog while on his own property. The whole thing was caught on tape. They shot him multiple times. No questions. For no reason.
