A bit dismayed I was after walking my dogs up the tracks from City Hall today...remnants of garbage still remain scattered in the woods from there to the West Mark area, one pile was still food items. Now I am not sure who should be responsible for cleaning up said garbage (I couldnt at the time because I had no gloves or a bag and it would have been too much too handle.), but if we are really going to be Bear Aware, we have to clean it up!!! Not to mention I saw fresh bear scat on the Pioneer cemetery trail just yesterday. FYI.
