A bit more harshly stated than I would like, but the truth is there. It is a debate trick to get the subject off track when in speaking of illegal immigration the opposition calls the immigrants criminals or when we are told that we are cruel because we are resistant to this mass influx of people. We are not cruel, and entering the country illegally is a crime, but sure as I am sitting here, it works every time and the discussion goes off track. I believe we are passed the meaningless discussion stage and we need to put actions to our words. Is anyone in the political circles listening?
