A bit of a re-hang this week, with some of our gorgeous Printmakers... This is Anna Tosney, she does these amazing unique Drypoint/Monoprints. Anna was born and bred in Skipton, where the Yorkshire dales has always inspired her work. She spends many hours observing her subjects, sketching and photographing for her ideas to develop. Her work manages to capture the moment in a bold, simple form, that still retains the atmosphere and essential detail of the scene being portrayed. They never fail to entice me to look further...
