A bit of truth...when I was a kid...I NEVER ONCE heard my parents argue or fight in front of us...no yelling...no screaming...no name calling...they respected each other...so when I married my first husband and the first time he blew his temper at me...I was mortified...I could not believe that someone would talk to someone they loved in that way!...this was a whole new world for me...I got married when I was young...but never expected that people would argue and fight and treat each other this way...my parents surely did argue or have disagreements...but NEVER in front of the children...I had a fabulous childhood...loving parents...a beautiful home and 4 siblings...who all loved and cared for each other...ahh those were the days....
