A bizarre thing happened to Frédéric and me. Our paper got published twice in two consecutive issues of the very same journal by an incredible mistake in the editorial office. I reported it as soon as I noticed and I hoped it was still early enough for the July 2014 issue, but they still couldnt resolve it elegantly.
