A boutique software company specializing in development of innovative technologies is looking for an exceptional VP of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities: You will be at the center of innovation, constantly engaging with Enterprise, Hi-tech and Start-up companies. You will be responsible for generating and developing new clients for Sergata: · Identify and Generate new leads and engagements for Sergata · Grow and manage deal funnel · Develop relationships with prospective clients in the web space · Carry out all end-to-end sales processes spanning: Pitch, Presentations, Pre/post sales, negotiations and contracts · Close strategic partner deals · Refine Sergata’s positioning, sell story, marketing and sales material · Take over social activities, advertising, presentations, white papers, SEO, SEM, SMO, events, etc. Desired Skills and Experience · Passionate about sales, marketing and scaling existing business. · 4+ years Business Development and/or Sales specializing in B2B · Background and experience in engaging hi-tech companies and/or entrepreneurs at a CTO and CEO levels · Excellent Communication Skills · Organizational skills and high attention to detail and process · Comprehensive knowledge and interest in new platforms and technologies · Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment but also work and collaborate well with others · BA or equivalent experience CV to Michael Sokolski
