A brief snap shot of yesterday session, Deadlift at 120kgs The bent knee deadlift, these exercises are great to target your glutes and hamstrings, along with others such as activating your entire core, quads, back and shoulder, theyre among the best multi joint/body exercises you can do. You dont need a gym to practice these at home although the intensity wouldnt be the same or of greater benefit, but you can use a pack suitcase or different resistant bands to Gain some benefit if not a gym member.
