A brief story about the reasons for my torture in the prison: In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful On 22 January 2014 I had a protest in Sydney Australia in front of Parramatta Local Court against torture in the Australian prisons including my torture. I was trying to inform the Australians that their government is not truthful about democracy and human rights. While I was holding a sign against torture some Australians talked to me and they were surprised that I had been tortured in Australias prison. They said they would think that there was torture only in Middle East. In this video you can see that media recorded my protest but they did not broadcast it because it would be bad for the image of their country. From 2007 I started my political letter campaign and I was sending letters to different people including the politicians. The Australian government was looking for an excuse to be able to charge me and stop my political activity. In 2009 the Australian government found a new law regarding the protection of the post which states that using postal service to offend is illegal, I was the first person was charged base on that law, their excuse was that the content of my letters to the families of the soldiers killed in Afghanistan had been offensive. After I was charged, base on my bail I was not allowed to communicate any soldier or ex soldier or family member/relative of any soldier/ex soldier around the world except the person who is my relative. From 2009 till 2013 I was on bail and once a week (every Wednesday) I was supposed to go to the police station, during these five years I was not allowed to communicate with the above mentioned people in any country. Such general and broad sentence in my bail made it difficult to even catching a taxi because I want to catch a taxi I should first communicate with the taxi driver, and if later I realise that the taxi driver was a member of army or a relative of a soldier then I have breached my bail and I would end up going to jail. Later my 12 charges of offensive letters sent to the High Court of Australia. The six judges of High Court split, three women against me and three men for me, also the High Court said that if I would hand deliver the letters it wouldnt be illegal, what has made it against the law is using postal service. The matter sent back to the district court, and the judge told me that if I apologise there will be a lighter sentence, I did not apologise for my letters and I was sentenced to 300 hours community service. After I left the court I announced that: From now on when I want to advise people not to kill the children I give my advice letter by hand delivery, not by using postal service. The Australian government got very angry, they realised that this activist not only did not stop his activities but also he had announced he wanted to be more active. They decided to put me in jail by making false accusations such as accessory to murder and indecent assault. The US government did the same thing to Julian Assange to keep him quiet. Few months later I was charged for accessory to murder and I was taken to jail on 15 November 2013. I was taken to a special cell with two cameras and I was not allowed to have my clothes, there was nothing in that cell except a toilet and a toilet paper and one thin blanket. They made the cell so dirty and everywhere there was some shit from the toilet even on the wall. In that cell I was physically and psychologically tortured. The Australian officer also did not allow me to sleep or even to sit down, later another officer told me that this is because you have sent letters to the families of the Australian soldiers. My lawyer requested the government to provide a copy of the video footage. I explain the details about the torture in another post. 32 days later I was released, and I continued my legal political activity against the Australian government, and on 14 April 2014 again they made another false accusation against me and sent me to jail for 42 days. Please share this, please let people know that there is torture in the Australian prisons especially if the prison is a Muslim and his case is a political case.
