A bright sunny day. The warm sun felt good on my back. The blues of the sky filled my soul. You can already see changes happening, fall is here though September just began. I saw a butterfly for the second time, well third maybe because I think there was a small white one by teh swamp one day. Still with all the flowers and plants around there should be more, a lot more, but there isnt. Just like there are not many bees and the ones you see are bumbles. I think I saw a wee hummingbird as well, but I didnt have my camera ready and it flew away. So many animals are missing. The more we mess up the environment with pesiticides and herbacides and monoculture farming more animals will disappear. It has been so exciting seeing with my own eyes some animals I had before only seen on nature shows, but it also saddens me greatly that the animals I should see a lot of I only see few or none at all.
