A car is a deadly weapon if not used responsibly. Pedestrians may be irresponsible about their walking habits at times, but they dont pose even close to the same physical threat to any of you on the road, as drivers do to them. If someone where to walk down the street with a (legal) loaded gun, and shoot the first stranger or child to approach them, would you blame that person for moving too quickly, looking threatening, or just plain being in the wrong place wrong time? NO. you would blame the idiot with a deadly weapon who should have known better and been prepared for situations like that. Otherwise he should not own a gun. Same goes for driving. I mean really, you shouldnt even own a car if youre not prepared and paying attention for jay walkers and Pedestrians to do stupid things sometimes. Because you could easily kill somebody. So please stfu with that but the Pedestrians are the problem!!1!!¡ shit. Their mistakes are not the ones killing people (aside from maybe themselves).
