A case from my archives. I had an older Doberman presented while I was still in Houston. she had lost a large amount of weight and was moderately dehydrated on presentation. A large mass was palpable in the abdomen. We discussed the possibility of a tumor and gave a very guarded prognosis. I administered a dose of homeopathic silicea. 3 weeks later the owner presented her other dog for wellness care. I asked about the Doberman.. and she laughed, said after the silicea the dog went home and ate well.. the next morning she pooped out her daughters missing stuffed rabbit and was fine ever since.
