Little did he know that the moneylender would use tactics that caused him to be saddled with thousands of dollars of debt. He also borrowed another $500 from two other licensed moneylenders Assure Capital and AP Credit to pay off the debt, but instead sunk further into debt as they used similar tactics. Are these licensed moneylenders as unethical as ah longs?
