A client of mine send this email to my boss today (feels good to be appreciated for the level of service I provide at my job!): Dear Mr. Abehssra, I feel compelled to write to you regarding your employee Scott Coleman. Most moves are stressful and ours is no different. I had contacted a moving company that I had used with great satisfaction in the past. They came to my home, gave me moving supplies, secured a date and then basically disappeared. My brother who recently moved recommended I call Scott. He had a great experience with his recent move. His specific recommendation was not to call Key Movers but to call Scott Coleman. After I spoke with Scott I understood why. I was a bit concerned given the experience that I had just encountered. Scott reassured me and left me feeling confident with Key Movers. Our move has been tricky. We are moving my home, my husbands home and my son to Florida. We did not have a definite move date until yesterday. Scott could not have been more gracious through it all. He handled all three moves with proficiency. He knows his product. He is courteous and personable. Since he has been my point person with Key Movers, in my mind, he is the face of Key Movers. Having said that you are lucky to have him. He is a true asset to your company. We are scheduled to move this Saturday. I hope that the rest of your employees are as professional and competent as Scott. Sincerely, Clients Name
