A close friend of mine recently stated to me, that at the end of the day that most people dont give a crap about you beyond the extent that youre in the spotlight, or can hook them up or can do for them. The moment you mess up, they turn on you. If they hear a rumor, they assume its true and treat you accordingly. Unfortunately, I have found this to be verifiably true. With this said, guard your heart. Keep your circle small. Discern your Business/social/public friends from the REAL, down for you good/bad/ugly friends. Ive actually enjoyed being less accessible and visible. Keeps people out of business and protects my heart. Just because Im quiet, and stopped posting selfies, doesnt mean things are not in the works. See, Im learning that most success is not achieved in the spotlight. Its the behind the scenes that matters not the hologram illusion that most people on social media portray. God is working things for my good whether people see it or not!
