A common misconseption from women is if they do weight training they will get big and bulky. I often hear this and explain the truth in the matter is that women that do weight training tone, tighten and definitely gain muscle mass but not to the same degree as the boys so to speak, We are of a different genetic make up. Listen up, a fit, toned, healthy body SCREAMS RESPECT.
