In the word of Community service which is becoming Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA), do the right thing may not constitute do the thing right. Do we need a community calculator to sleeve up the norm for us to check out our service deliver end point? Just as follows:- • How can we Grouping people together with similar needs and wants(Segmenting) • How we Getting through the system with the minimum of fuss(Fast-tracking ) • How we recognize the Complexity of people’s circumstances is everywhere and must be recognized(Addressing Complexity) • How dynamic and focused on better service and compliance(Risk Management) • How people access and consume the social system(Accessing) • How our Technology to eliminate manual processing and reduce process cycle times and reduce cost(Automating) • How early intervention to stop social disadvantage - prevention is better than finding a cure(Predicting). • How then we innovative social program solutions to achieve desired outcomes and address complexity of needs problem (Micro Programs) • How can we Collaboration and sharing with other agencies and stakeholders(Leveraging the Ecosystem) if we want to use ABCD ( Asset Based Community Development)programme ,Be it Bismarck or Beveridge theory , to deliver the social good programs for the overall good for society, How can we adopt the principle of subsidiarity is the driving force for effective and efficient service delivery is a dream unknown we still need to work on it.
