A completely valid point - one that played on my mind as I thought about whether to succumb to peer pressure and participate, or seem like an uncaring spoilsport - of course its not brave to do a selfie when youre not undergoing the horrendous experiences bring, but ultimately, for me, it was a way of showing female solidarity -that in some minute way, we can club together and do something to support research. Im sorry if I inadvertently offended anyone I know who has undergone or known someone who has undergone cancer treatment. It certainly wasnt my intention to do so.
