Top 10 issues Mphafe has highlighted and promises to take head on if elected to parliament! 1* Land matters which includes our Kgale farm and servicing of land to speed up allocation. There are over 3000 plots to be allocated in Seuwane. Balete should be given preference of at least 70% 2* Supply of clean and reliable water. If need be Water Affairs be brought back to help service leakages. 3* Creation of employment by attracting investors into the constituency. Resuscitate Mogobane scheme, promote tourism in Otse (Manyelanong). He mentioned a zoo in Otse which will promote tourism and employ youth. 4* Speeding up services in Magope phase 2 and Disaneng. Deploying security forces in the wards to protect the residents against robbers and rapists. 5* Improving Transport services more especially between Gaborone and Ramotswa. Upgrading of internal roads by paving them. 6* Advocate for specialised education to identify and train out of school youth more especially those in ipelegeng and Tirelo sechaba. 7* Setup a Business Management Development Committee (BMDC) which will assist residents with business plans, teach youth how to manage businesses, monitor and evaluate such businesses and help young entrepreneurs source funding to setup in our constituency. This will ensure businesses are sustained and also create employment. 8* To advocate for fare compensation for all civil servant and to effect amendment of labour laws to help protect Batswana and eliminate cheap labour. 9* Improve the health sector by advocating for at least one 24 hour clinic in Magope or Disaneng. Increase of doctors and nurses in BLH to improve service delivery. 10* A complete overhaul of our education system. Creating a career building platform in our education system by allowing learners to choose subjects only relevant to their careers.
