A contra flow is now in place on the M1 Pacific Motorway (F3) following a truck accident northbound on the motorway approaching Reeves Road in Somersby.This means that all northbound motorists are now using the southbound lanes of the motorway between Gindurra Road and Reeves Road - a distance of around 1.5kms- before returning to the northbound side of the M1.All southbound motorists are being diverted off the M1 at Peats Ridge Road in Somersby and are returning to the motorway at the Calga Interchange.Motorists travelling in each direction are advised to delay all non-essential travel. Those who can not should follow the directions of emergency services, allow plenty of additional travel time, drive with extreme caution and expect significant delays.
