A correction to the last line of my rant...."cheers to The Shed and Food Network for seeing the potential for a truly funny series." With this series and any other that involves businesses in our state, we need to promote beyond our borders. I cannot help but fuss at the lack of state tourism advertising in the states that border us. We have a great coast with many fine restaurants ranging from BBQ based to fine seafood dining. Most are casual and some are dress up. We have great beaches and sites to visit. Not every site has to have a "Disney-type/Universal" special effects amusement center. We offer a natural type of entertainment environment that allows us to use our imagination to enjoy the outdoors. I hope the Legislature provides Mal White the budget to reel in the tourists.
