A couple days ago I finished The Appeal by John Grisham and picked up The Broker as my next read. Well I went to bed and forgot to bring that Grisham book. Being lazy I checked my IPad and decided to down load a free book to read. Ive read 11 books on my IPad and noticed a couple of Zane Grey books Riders of the Purple Sage, Last of the Plainsman, and Valley of Wild Horses. So I checked out other free Zane Grey books and downloaded The Man of the Forest. Read it in two days ending at 3AM Saturday Morning. A typical Zane Grey western. Girl meets Cowboy and finds him rugged, handsome, etc. Cowboy meets girl and loves his horse more. Girl gets into trouble. Cowboy comes to her rescue and saves her. Gets shot and/or beat up, but beats the bad guys. Girl falls in love with Cowboy. He falls in love with her but still loves his horse more They live happily ever after. Light reading and Zane Greys description of the scenery and nature is Truly Awesome.
