A couple friends and I decided to start the South Beach Diet to Maximize our progress with Skinny Fiber. It is similar to Adkins but healthier than Adkins in my opinion. I will be sharing recipes that are friendly for all phases of the diet as we move through them. Phase 1 is 2 weeks. Today is our Day 1. I think this is a PERFECT compliment to Skinny Fiber!
