A couple of folks have commented on the location of the Farmers Market on an STVR post, so here is a new thread to continue the comments. The main complaints were that it is too dusty and has insufficient parking, which turns away potential market attendees, and could be in a more picturesque location to encourage market goers to linger (and buy more I assume). Im a 9-year veteran of the market, and have always loved it there, putting up with the occasional dust and other issues. Is there actually a better location available? Or can the current location be improved? Any location must have a washroom with soap/water for food vendors, sufficient parking, a place to store all the tables, chairs,tents, etc. and be fairly centrally located. It used to be held at the Driftwood.
