A couple of weeks ago, a black man named Dustin Yeates was shot to death on Ralph Avenue, between Foster Avenue and Farragut Road, because he got in the way of gunfire; he was not even the intended target, just another innocent victim of senseless gun violence. While this location is directly in the 45th Council district Jumaane D. Williams, I see no posts from him on FaceBook about it. Apparently, this senseless murder does not mean enough to the Councilman to warrant a post as there is no way he could play the race card on this tragedy as Mr. Yeates was not killed by a white person nor a police officer of any color. Also the senseless murder of Daja Robinson, another victim of senseless violence went unposted by Councilman Jumaane D. Williams, as she was not a gang banger like Kimani Gray, whom the councilman lavished with much Praise.
