A couple of weeks ago, in the midst of a snowstorm the night before Thanksgiving, I had the privilege of revisiting The Maine Dining Room at The Haraseeket Inn for the first time in about a decade (I actually worked at the Inn in the late 90s. We ALL did). It was great to see that they are still doing a fantastic job after all of these years, under Chef Troy Mains. There is a lot of history here, and its great to see an updated menu yet the classics, like tableside Chateaubriand and Rack of Lamb, remain available. A great meal, all-around.
