A couple people have said to me lately there are lots of social justice issues, why are you so focused on talking about race? I acknowledge that an many different groups of people are systemically devalued and dehumanized in the country and world I live in. I agree that injustice happens in other instances but I am choosing to focus on addressing presently, and hope to address others in the future.
