A cracking time 53° last night. A few pints,great company and Livewire were bang on form. Then ran into an old mate not seen for many many moons,Seth!! Looks good and hardly changed. Then after the show across the road to the Ale Emporium and a surprise free show there. The band were called The After Hours Blues Band,and let me just say this. They were superb,absolutely superb.And its not just the beer talking. If you ever get the chance to see them then take it. The guitarist is on a Parr with the very best Ive ever seen. And Ive seen a few over the years.It was a bloody good night all round. Ive even forgiven the Adelphi for the lousy pint of Becks!!!
