A date for your diary. October 6th 2014 On this date Dover District Council cabinet will be meeting to seek approval to go to 28 day consultation on proposed Dog Control Orders. The actual 28 day consultation period will coincide with adverts appearing in the local press. This should be Thursday 9th October. We should have a right to attend as spectators at this meeting. It looks like there has been a request to hold parts, if not all of the meeting in private. We wont know the details of this until 5 days before. Today, I shall be looking for a venue to hold a meeting of our own to discuss the proposed areas and form opinions as to which areas we need to make representations.
