A day I have dreaded has left me numb! I loved my grandmother so deeply. She was my other parent, my second mom, my namesake, and someone whom I loved spending time with no matter what we did! I am so grateful for having last week with her and the rest of my family. It is through her and my grandfather that I learned what marriage should be! Even as she was slipping away from us last week she was able to have moments of clarity that came with advice, memories, and most of all love! I am glad that she is no longer suffering and is in heaven with our God and maker and yet her passing has left me numb. Hopefully she is able to take care of the children whom were lost in our family before they were born. She always did love children and her family and undeniably she loved her husband, my soon to be 96 year old grandfather the most!
