A day full of many different emotions for me. Watched a family say goodbye to a young man that was happy and full of life......It hurts to see a family mourn, young people crying....On my way home I stopped at Petits....Was fully undercover today(whichmeansihadonabuttonupshirthaircombedandshoeswithlaces) when a guy behind me said Is your name Robert? I turned around and said yes..... he told the clerk to charge my $5.98 to his card.....he was a parent from Bryan High. Now before anyone judges me and asks how one could spend $5.98 at Petits....keep in mind prices and the cost of living has really gone up.....translation....(imfatanditwas2piecesofcake) but it was a nice gesture and I thanked the man. At 1:30 Justyn and my niece graduated from 6th grade at Mt. View.....no more LIONS....I WAS A LION..... BRANDON AND MARIYA WERE TOO....but just like that it was over. I thanked Mr. Wright and Mr.Williams for being such great men and I will definitely keep in touch......at 2:30 members from the group met me at Jims Rib Haven for our Last Day of School Street Patrol.....it was very quiet and there were no incidents.....at 3:30 we stopped at the Malcolm X Center for the Re pass. The Muse Family fed us and was very cordial.......Not to preach or take up yall news feed with a long rant.....but....with school ending today I want everyone to take a moment to talk with their kids and tell them how precious life is.....how their lives are full of meaning.....that one day they will grow up and have kids that they wanna see graduate.....I saw so many proud parents and grandparents taking photos......and for a brief moment I smiled and thought this is how its supposed to be..........RIH AQUILEE MUSE
