A day in the life of a birth photographer. Up at 630, frock up and meet my lovely C-section couple, have coffee in cafe and edit wedding photos from the weekend...and THEN Fight a fire!!! I know, I do look a bit too eager to have a fireman selfie (cringe). Some little buggers had set some couch cushions alight and ran off. People on the bus were just staring so I risked my dress and tackled the cushions off the wooden seat. Yes, it was all very dramatic! Luckily a truck driver pulled over so we could use his extinguisher. A bit different. Now just heading up to the hospital again (flicks hair over shoulder).
