A day like today calls for some Taco Soup.... • 1 pound chicken or beef • 4 Tablespoons Wildtree Taco Seasoning • 1 can (16 ounces) mild chili beans, undrained • 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomato with green chilies (Rotel) • 1 bag Wildtree Creamy Ranch Dressing Mix Cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning and Ranch Dressing and mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Many times, I put it in the crockpot for hours. Top it off with Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Chips. 4-6 servings
