A daycare owner asks: I have been doing daycare for many years and my children are older now. I would like to switch to working school days only with no summer care. If any of you have done that, how did you go about doing it, getting the spots filled, did you raise your rates some to accommodate the summer, and did you change your hours for teachers hours/days only? Thanks in advance for your help!
