A dear friend of mine has been in the hospital for over a week now on a respirator and feeding tubes. She finally was strong enough two days ago to be woken up and taken off the respirator. Yesterday proved even better and she was moved to a rehabilitation home. I was able to spend this afternoon with her and was so thankful to see her bright eyed, talking, and looking so good! I thank God for her healing and support through the hands of her doctors and family and friends. I took my violin, hymnal from church and a few other fun songs from home and had fun playing for her. She wanted me to keep playing and I laughed and said I played all that I brought, and she said no you didnt, you have a whole book of hymns there! Soooo... I just started flipping pages and kept on playing! Love you mama V!!
