A dear mouse whispered in my ear, “There is magic in night air.” A wolf told me with his eyes that the stars belong to know one, but that I can wish upon them anyway. A lizard laughed as I walked by and let me know that life is worth a wiggle of his tail. A friendly crow reminded me of the writer Poe, a very bright man with a dark side. I am impressed with the depth and breadth of conversations I never imagined possible. Because I think so much inside my head I have missed much of the talk outside of me. Today I will listen to the hummingbirds and river otters. I will listen to the story of a mole. I will listen till I hear them singing. I will listen and dance with each and every soul. ~Bob Luckin.
