A dear old friend sent me a love letter of sorts today. And it couldnt have come at a better time. What a transformation we are in right now! I, for One, have been moving through deep layers of anger about the lack of consciousness and respect in our world. Im following it inside now. It is good work. I work on my attitudes, my behaviors, my perspectives. I keep my own side of the street clean and mind my own business. With that practice alone much change came my way.
