A decision in Federal Law Suit, Halbig v. Sebelius on Obamacare, - TopicsExpress

A decision in Federal Law Suit, Halbig v. Sebelius on Obamacare, could be made by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit by next Tuesday dealing Obamacare a death blow. The reason is that 90 percent of people that signed up for Obamacare in the federal exchanges qualified for subsidies. But, Obamacare only only allows subsidies for people who bought insurance from the 14 individual states with their own exchanges. If the DC Court of Appeals decides for Halbig, then most of the people that bought health insurance through HealthCare.gov will lose their subsidies and they then would not be able to pay for Obamacare. That would be the end of Obama and Obamacare. newsmax/Newsfront/obamacare-ruling-subsidies-Halbig/2014/07/07/id/581170/ns_mail_uid=95596908&ns_mail_job=1576238_07072014&promo_code=zv9jj1ih
