Chung Hung-won accepted responsibility 11 days after a ferry carrying school children on a field trip to the island of Jeju capsized and sank, killing over 300 people. He resigned as Prime Minister of South Korea today 27th April, 2014. Nigeria Leaders should pls take a cue from this and always do the needful. NIS recruitment disaster is still very fresh in my mind.
