A detail description of the assault leading to the injuries on my back, found to be soft muscle tissue damage. Then another night where the driver Eddie #38216 didnt want me on his bus after he was the one who physically assaulted me! Followed by a couple of the PA police who told me it was up to him = 2 nights in a row of me having to walk around NYC till the 6;30 AM bus. Soft muscle tissue damage + emotional torture and stress every time I see the bus coming. Ive contacted the PA for the FOI (Freedom of Information) on the police notes because I have found out there was no record of the assault, less paper work for the police. The director of NJ Transit George Piper has not gotten back to me. I Facebook messaged them and finally got a response from a NJ T detective, telling me that Eddie driver 38216s story does not match mine, while at the scene the police said his, all the witnesses who I wasnt allowed to collect phone numbers from, and my stories matched. Ive also FOIed the surveillance video. The wait gives me the feeling there waiting for it to be recorded over? IF I DID TO HIM WHAT HE DID TO ME ID BE IN PRISON RIGHT NOW! It was hard but I held back from assaulting him back. Open and shut case, just give me the bible to swear on and collect the proper info. slander= the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a persons reputation.
